InsurWatch is operated by Effective AI, Inc. (“we”, “us”). This covers the insurwatch.app website and the InsurWatch waitlist, and we’ll update it before InsurWatch opens to more people.

These terms apply when you use insurwatch.app or join the waitlist. By doing either, you agree to them. The InsurWatch service itself will have its own terms, which you’ll see before you can use it.

The waitlist

Joining doesn’t guarantee access or a date. You must be 18 or older and use your own email address. We may remove entries, for example ones that look automated.

Not insurance advice

InsurWatch is not an insurer, agent or broker. What’s on this website is general information. Estimates are worked out from insurers’ filed rates and are not offers of insurance.

Ownership

We own the website and its content. You may view it for your own use; no other rights are granted.

What you may not do

Don’t copy, scrape or reverse engineer the website, sign up others or in bulk, or interfere with how it works.

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or the waitlist.
